About Jaela
Jaela grew up in Sarasota, Florida, and has always been passionate about serving others and helping create a positive experience for each person she works with. Her experience as a pharmacy technician and employee benefits advisor has given her a unique perspective on both healthcare and the importance of making people feel informed, valued, and cared for.
Outside of work, Jaela enjoys going to church, playing board games, and making memories with her family and friends. She especially loves going on new adventures with her husband, whether that means trying something new, exploring the outdoors, or simply enjoying time together. She values building meaningful connections and bringing a warm, genuine presence to the people around her.
