At Balance health you get the cell phone number of your provider. You have a medical provider on call for you anytime you need it.

Once a member, you can schedule your health screening and functional fitness assessment. The evaluation includes measurements of: weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, movement, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility/mobility screening.
