This package is for individual adults (> 21 years old) who wish to join Balance Health. It includes full access to your health care provider, all the services above, and more! A gym discount is also available with this package.

Health screening & functional fitness assessment

Once a member, you can schedule your health screening and functional fitness assessment. The evaluation includes measurements of: weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, movement, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility/mobility screening.

1-month free small group training in our gym
