This package is for individual adults who wish to join Balance Health. It includes full access to your health care provider, all the services above, and more! A gym discount is also available with this package.

Health screening & functional fitness assessment

Once a member, you can schedule your health screening and functional fitness assessment. The evaluation includes measurements of: weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, movement, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility/mobility screening.
1-month free small group training in our gym

In the Balance Health gym, we focus on guiding adults through science-based training methods toward a healthier lifestyle. This allows clients to function optimally in day-to-day activities, experience less pain, and gain more self-confidence.
4-6 weeks of rehabilitation services

Discounted Small Group Training Gym Sessions

Our small group training is designed around our patient-client needs to keep everyone functioning at their best no matter their age. Our trainers design workouts to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence which is delivered in a non-threatening, health-oriented environment.
